Subscription Policy
Some items in our store are offered as monthly subscriptions. This policy explains how these purchases work, how billing occurs, and how you can modify or cancel your subscription.
Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive a new Outwild box each month and be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Your payment details are stored securely and used for monthly renewals.
Billing & Renewals
You’ll be charged automatically each month on the same date your first order was placed. Subscription discounts (such as 10% off) apply only while your subscription remains active.
Cancellation
You can cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next billing date by using the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email or by contacting hello@outwildbox.com.
If your next payment has already been processed, that month’s box will still be shipped, and your cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds for subscription orders are only available under the terms of our Returns Policy. Subscription payments cannot be refunded once a box has shipped.
Updating Payment or Address
You can update your payment method or shipping address anytime by logging into your account before your next renewal date.
