Subscription Boxes
You may return an unopened subscription box within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a refund:

The box must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Any box that has been opened, unsealed, or shows signs of use cannot be returned or refunded.

You must notify us of your intention to return the box within 14 days of receiving it by emailing hello@outwildbox.com.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@outwildbox.com with your order number and photos, if possible.
We will ensure that you receive the correct products or a replacement at no additional cost.
Clothing & Accessories
Our clothing and accessories (including hoodies, shirts, hats, beanies, jackets, accessories, and other apparel) are custom-made on demand and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable under EU law for made-to-order goods.
Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
